Additional NCWA Scholarship Recipients

The following recipients of the Zoetrope: All Story Real-World Fiction Writing Workshop scholarships have been chosen by the editors of Zoetrope: All Story.

 These individual scholarships, worth $300 a piece, are provided by New Century Writer to emerging writers who are accepted into a Zoetrope workshop and who demonstrate financial need.

The workshops are conducted in New York City, and writers meet once a week for 10 weeks to work closely with a Zoetrope: All Story editor.

    Scholarships awarded for the Fall 2000 Semester

Miriam Perez receives a $300 scholarship to attend the "Fundamentals of Short Story Writing"

Alice Timmins receives a $300 scholarship to attend the "Advanced Fiction Workshop"

Scholarships awarded for the Spring 2000 Semester

Brad Crutchfield receives a $300 scholarship to attend the "Fundamentals of Short Story Writing"

Michael Cohen receives a $300 scholarship to attend the "Advanced Fiction Workshop"
